New ERA, established in 1971, is a not-for-profit research organization based in Kathmandu. We are seeking qualified field surveyors for the position of Enumerators (Quality Controllers, Supervisors, and Interviewers) for data collection.

Eligibility criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field from a recognized University.
• Priority will be given to those who have previous data collection experience using tablets.
• Preferably prior experience on Governance related surveys.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills in Nepali and Bhojpuri or Maithili.
• Physically fit and willing to travel in remote areas.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19

Duration: 1 Month

Eligibility Criteria:

• At least bachelor’s degree in sociology, anthropology, gender studies, or any other relevant discipline (Masters’ degree preferred).
• Experiences in qualitative data collection methods like Key Informant Interview (KII) and Focus Group Discussion (FGD).
• Proficiency in Nepali and Maithali/Bhojpuri/Bazika languages.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fully vaccinated against CoVID-19.

Duration: 2-3 weeks
