Abstract: New ERA was contracted to do the outcome evaluation of the
project “Improved
Productivity in the Upland Rice Cropping System of the mid-western tars
and hills using legumes” conducted by Nepal Agriculture Research Council
(NARC) in Surkhet and Dailekh districts of Nepal. This study assesses the
effectiveness of the research project in terms of research output,
delivery, dissemination, uptake and adoption and management.
