Phase II
Abstract : The project is a follow-on to the Basic and Primary Education Project
(BPEP) now in the fifth year of operation. It is prelude to a full-scale
implementation of BPEP II in 1998 with the aim of improving educational quality,
access and management. New ERA along with other consultants is involved in the
preparation of district level planning, and laying the foundation for full-scale
implementation of an improved management information system.
