Title : Guidelines for Resettlement Planning and Implementation

Abstract: This is an Asian Development Bank (Manila) supported project to assist the Water and Energy Commission Secretariat (WECS) to update the existing laws to incorporate resettlement causes of the project affected families. One of the output of the project will be a guideline for the preparation of Resettlement Action Plan for the project-affected families. The project will also identify the capacity enhancement needs of the concerned agencies.
