Title: Action Research on Propagation of Tissue Cultured Potato Plantlets in Selected Rural Communities of Nepal.

Abstract: The objective of the action research was to introduce tissue-cultured plantlets in potato cultivation for higher yields. The project gave training to 14 farmers in sand rooting technology. The trained farmers in the first year produced 74 kg of potato minitubers using the sand rooting technology.
