Title: A Study on Dairy Farmers in Nepal

 Abstract: The study was undertaken to assess farmer’s perception, practices, problems, prospects and opportunities regarding milk production and to estimate the quantity of milk produced and marketed by them. Primary data for the study were gathered from 724 dairy farming households in 16 districts. The study findings are useful in formulating long-term milk production and marketing strategy.
