Planning Adoption and Health Care in Majhigaon and Dumrechour Villages
of Sindhupalchowk District, Nepal
Abstract:
A year-long survey was conducted in
Majhigaon and Dumrechour villages of Sindhupalchowk district to find out
awareness and use of family planning methods and child health care
delivery among married females as well as to assess socio-economic
effects on female behaviour. An underlying objective of the survey was
to assess the impact of the Boudha Bahunipati Family Welfare Project in
the area.
