Title: Evaluation Study of
Implementation and Achievements of Family Planning and Maternal and
Child Health Project.
Abstract: JICA/Nepal had been
implementing a package program on Family Planning and Maternal, Child
Health (FP/MCH) Project in Kavrepalanchowk and Dhanusha districts in
order to strengthen and expand community health services. The study
identifies its achievements in improving and intensifying MCH
activities. The primary data was generated from health worker,
beneficiary and the ex-counterpart Nepali staff who had undergone
training in Japan and observation tour to the Philippines. IEC materials
and equipment were examined.
