Title: Baseline Survey for the Adolescent Girls Employment Initiative

The main objective of this survey is to prepare a baseline report comparing the young women participating in the project and those in the control group. The study will collect baseline information on individual characteristics as well as community characteristics, including location, infrastructure, road access, population and other social and economic resources of young women in both treatment and control groups. The study will also create a database which can be used to compare the pre-intervention and post intervention performance of women in treatment and control groups.
