New ERA, established in 1971, is a not-for-profit research organization based in Kathmandu. We are seeking qualified field surveyors for the position of Supervisors and Enumerators/Assessors.

Eligibility Criteria:

Enumerators should have minimum bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Supervisors should have minimum bachelor’s degree in education with good knowledge of pedagogy (specialization in Nepali and Math preferred).
Priority will be given to those who have previous data collection experiences in EGRA/EGMA assessment surveys.
Excellent verbal, interpersonal and communication skills (good rapport building with schools authorities)
Candidates should be physically fit and willing to travel in remote areas.
Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Person who have been fully vaccinated against CoVID-19 will be given the priority.

Duration: 4 weeks

Eligibility criteria:

Certified Medical Laboratory Technician (BMLT/CMLT) or lab assistant.
Minimum of one year of experience in urine sample processing using a centrifuge.
Previous experience working in the field is preferred.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Should be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Duration: 2.5-3 months

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized university.
Priority will be given to those who have previous data collection experience in qualitative research using focus group discussion/key informant interview (FGD/KII) techniques.
Session facilitation skills and note-taking skills required.
Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Candidates should be physically fit and willing to travel in any study areas.
