<table><tbody><tr><td colspan="1" rowspan="1"><p>Until 2012, two drugs DEC and Albendazole have been administered in all LF endemic districts for mass drug administration to eliminate LF in Nepal. In 2017, WHO recommended an alternate strategy to accelerate LF elimination using a triple drug regimen namely Ivermectic, DEC and Albendazole (IDA) for mass drug administration, following this recommendation, triple drug regimen for endemic district was adopted in 2019.EDCD introduced triple drug regimen in five districts (Mo0rang, Kapilvastu, Dang, Banke, Kailali) from 2022.<br>Objective of this survey:<br>• To estimate mass drug administration coverage<br>• To validate reported coverage<br>• To identify reasons for non-compliance<br>• To detect problem with supply chain</p></td></tr></tbody></table>
