This migration has led to a decrease in efficient agricultural practices and dependency on imports. To address this issue and retain talented youth, the feasibility study focused on exploring the potential of fostering agricultural development and productivity through dedicated research and development through an international standard college. By evaluating the prospects of establishing an Agricultural College, the study sought to create a foundation for advanced agricultural education and research, ultimately aiming to enhance the country's agricultural sector and reduce the brain drain of skilled graduates.</p></td></tr></tbody></table>
