New ERA, established in 1971, is a not-for-profit research organization based in Kathmandu. We are seeking qualified field surveyors for the position of FIELD MANAGERS (Field Supervisors and Enumerators) for a household survey.

Criteria for selection of Supervisor:

• Preferably Male
• Priority will be given to individual with public health background(bachelor)
• Past work experience in carrying out survey field work
• Good communication skill for coordination in the field
• Past experience in work related to child health, immunization or demography
• Fluency in other language (Maithili, Bhojpuri, Awadi) besides Nepali will be given preference
• Willing to work outside Kathmandu valley with minimum supervision for 3 months

Criteria for selection of enumerators:

• Preferably Female
• Bachelor degree in Nursing, Public health, Social science
• Experience in child health, immunization or demography
• Past experience in work related to child health, immunization or demography
• Fluency in other language (Maithili, Bhojpuri, Awadi) besides Nepali will be given preference
• Willing to work outside Kathmandu valley with minimum supervision for 3 months
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
