New ERA, established in 1971, is a not-for-profit research organization based in Kathmandu. We are seeking qualified field surveyors for the position of Field Supervisor and Interviewers for cognitive study of WASH.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Priority will be given to those who have previous data collection experience in qualitative studies using in-depth interviews/key informant interviews (IDI/KII) techniques.
• Exposure of paper questionnaires and using audio recorders for data collection.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Candidates should be physically fit and willing to travel in remote areas.
• Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply and will be given priority.
• Person who have been fully vaccinated against CoVID-19 will be given the priority.
