New ERA, established in 1971, is a not-for-profit research organization based in Kathmandu. We are seeking qualified field researchers for a qualitative study.

Eligibility Criteria:

• At least bachelor’s degree in sociology, anthropology, gender studies, or any other relevant discipline (Masters’ degree preferred).
• Experiences in qualitative data collection methods like Key Informant Interview (KII) and Focus Group Discussion (FGD).
• Proficiency in Nepali and Maithali/Bhojpuri/Bazika languages.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fully vaccinated against CoVID-19.

Duration: 2-3 weeks
