Vacancy Announcement for Field Supervisor and Interviewers

New ERA, established in 1971, is a not-for-profit research organization based in Kathmandu. We are seeking qualified field surveyors for the position of Field Supervisor and Interviewers for Data collection.

Eligibility criteria:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Priority will be given to those who have previous data collection experience.
• Exposure of paper questionnaires and use of tablets for data collection.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Nepali and working proficiency in English and Hindi.
• Candidates should be physically fit and willing to travel in remote areas.
• Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply and will be given priority.
• A person must have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
