An Evaluation of the Primary Health Care Based Community Project in Palpa and Arghakhanchi Districts

This study evaluates the impact and effectiveness of the Primary Health Care Based Community Development Program in Palpa district. The study assesses the relevance, effectiveness, impact and sustainability of drinking water schemes, family latrines, pigsties, improved stoves and kitchen gardens, and the major components of the program. The study has also assessed the ability of local communities to maintain and further improve upon their own health situation within the project period.
