An Evaluation Study of Trishuli Clinic

The Trishuli Clinic was established in 1998 in Trishuli Bazaar, Nuwakot District with financial support from the late Dr Akiyoshi Okamoto of Japan. The main goal of the clinic is to run in partnership with the local management and improve public health in the area by providing improved diagnosis and treatment services. This study examines
the relevance and significance of the clinic in the area. The study assesses the effectiveness of the clinic, level of client satisfaction with the clinic and the overall impact of the clinic. The study also reviews the financial situation of the clinic and the strategies devised by the clinic management committee to meet operational cost and makes recommendations for the efficient and optimal operation of the clinic.
