The Margaret Sanger Center International (MSCI) developed the Safe Youth Worldwide Initiative, with the aim of reducing HIV infection among young people aged 10-24 years. The B.P. Memorial Health Foundation plans to implement this initiative in Nepal. This study was conducted to collect baseline data from the program’s target group. The study suggests a set of indicators which could be used to monitor the program’s impact on the target group.
