Behavioral Surveillance Survey in Western to Far-western Sector of Mahendra Highway of Nepal

This is the first round of Behavioral Surveillance Survey (BSS) conducted in Western to Far-Western sector of the Mahendra highway route of FHI project area. The main objective of this survey was to establish baseline data on behavior that can measure behavior changes over time. The study systematically measured the risk behaviors such as condom use, knowledge of HIV/AIDS/STI, sharing of needle among Injecting Drug Users among the sex workers and truck drivers.
