This is an Asian Development Bank (Manila) supported study carried out to assist the Water and Energy Commission Secretariat (WECS) to update existing laws to incorporate resettlement causes for project affected families. One of the outputs of this project is a guideline for the preparation of a Resettlement Action Plan for project-affected families.
