Needs Assessment on the Availability of Emergency Obstetric Care (EOC) Services in Eastern, Western and Mid-Western Regions of Nepal

This study identifies the current situation of EOC services with regard to technology and assesses the facilities existing in the forty-five districts of the three development regions (Eastern, Western and Mid-Western). It also assesses the capability of government managed hospitals, primary health care centers (PHCC) and non-governmental hospitals and nursing homes in these regions and the current EOC services provided by them.
