STD and HIV Prevalence Survey among Female Sex Workers and Truckers on Highway Routes in the Terai, Nepal

Female Sex Workers (FSWs) and male truckers in the terai region of Nepal have been identified as key core croup population in the HIV/STD control plan for Nepal. This study seeks to measure selected STD prevalence, syndromes, and their correlates among the FSWs and male truckers in the terai region of Nepal. The study assesses demographic, behavioral and biological correlates for infection; care seeking behavioral.
