Sustainability Assessment of Health outcomes in in Three NFHP II Supported Districts: Jhapa, Banke and Kanchanpur

This study was designed to assess the sustainability status of health services provided by Nepal Family Health Project II in Nepal. The study assesses sustainability framework, changes in sustainability status as compared to the baseline. The study identified the components that lead to improve indicators/inputs is associated with these changes. The assessment was carried out from both primary data collected from the field visit in the sampled three districts – Jhapa, Banke and Kanchanpur and available secondary data.
